摘要: Maghemite and cobalt ferrite anionic magnetic nanoparticles enter tumor cells can be used as heat sources when exposed to a high-frequency field. Comparative studies of the two particles enable unravel heating mechanisms (Neel relaxation vs. Brown relaxation) responsible for cellular temperature rise, also establish simple model, adjusted experimental results, allowing predict intracellular efficiency iron oxide nanoparticles. Hence, we are able derive best nanoparticle design given material with view hyperthermia-based applications.
