摘要: Between November 1984 and January 1987, 19 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer were monitored CA-125 values during second-line therapy. There was a statistically significant association between clinical response to therapy trend when defined as greater than or equal 26% change in from baseline value last prior demonstration of (p = 0.0002). In 8 11 (73%), increasing predictive progression six seven (86%), decreasing predicted regression. Three began less 35 U/ml. Two these progressed while the third follow-up. four complete responders completed Both follow-up values. this analysis, useful predictor receiving for cancer. Patients undergoing chemotherapy U/ml may still benefit monitoring.
