摘要: Sweetness is one of the most important fruit quality traits in breeding programs, determining overall and flavor perception apples. Selecting for this trait using conventional methods challenging due to complexity its genetic control. In order improve efficiency selection via DNA-based markers, extensive studies focused on detection quantitative loci (QTL) development markers associated with QTL regions interest. Newly discovered QTLs detected multiple apple populations are presented here individual sugars (fructose, glucose, sucrose, sorbitol) soluble solids content (SSC) at harvest, after 10, 20 weeks refrigerated storage followed by 1 week room temperature two successive years. A total 1416 polymorphic SNPs were filtered from RosBreed Apple SNP Infinium® array analysis FlexQTL™ software. identified linkage groups (LG) 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, SSC found LGs 15. One region LG 1 was consistently both fructose sucrose harvest through years, which accounted 34–67 13–41 % phenotypic variation, respectively. These stable high explained variation indicate a promising genomic marker enable marker-assisted sweetness programs.
