摘要: Spermatogonial stem cells (SSCs) are the basis of spermatogenesis, which is dependent on ability to self-renew and differentiation. Controlling self-renewal differentiation SSCs could apply treatment disease such as male infertility. Recently, in field cell research, it was demonstrated that effective increase activity can be achieved by using growth factors derived from plant extracts. In this study, our aim investigate components natural improve SSCs. To find components, germ were cultured with comprehensive extracts, then more pure fraction, finally single compound at different concentrations. As a result, we found 5H-purin-6-amine 1 µg/mL, originated Sedum sarmentosum, very induced proliferation. Our data showed maintain their stable characteristics. Furthermore, transplantation results 1 µg/mL increased SSCs, indicating true SSC concentration within 1.96-fold. These findings would contributed further reproductive research treat infertility
