Infantile Endoscopic Dacryocystorhinostomy: Indications, Anatomical Considerations, and Outcomes.

摘要: The purpose of this case series is to report the demographic profile, indications, anatomical considerations, and outcomes Endonasal endoscopic DCR in infants. Five eyes 3 infants underwent IEnDCR with a mean age 4.26 months (range: 23 days-8 months). There were 2 males 1 female. Two bilateral surgery. indication for surgery infant undergoing unilateral was recurrent acute dacryocystitis lacrimal abscess formation secondary refractory complex congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction. Infants had obstruction need an early intraocular associated ocular morbidities. Mitomycin-C (0.02% minutes) silicone intubation used all cases.
