摘要: Microalbuminuria and overt proteinuria in IDDM have been decisively established as indicators of various stages diabetic renal disease. Persistent microalbuminuria defines the stage ‘incipient nephropathy’ , that is heralds progression to nephropathy more than 80 percent cases within a decade, with relentless decline kidney function, unless intervention undertaken. Subsequent research concerning patients NIDDM has clearly demonstrated, course complications implication albuminuria differ several respects between two types diabetes [1–3].
