摘要: The formation of reactive oxygen and nitrogen species by rat peritoneal macrophages induced a low-intensity He-Ne laser radiation (LR) was studied in this work. It found that the species, nitric oxide, peroxynitrite as well changes activity superoxide dismutase (SOD) depended to large extent on LR dose. In particular, it activation SOD at low doses accompanied oxide level increase, while showed no significant changes. On other hand, an enhanced dose inhibited enzyme, accumulation. All measurements were carried out day after treatment. revealed regularities consequently demonstrate existence deferred action associated with production species.
