Changes in superoxide dismutase activity and peroxynitrite content in rat peritoneal macrophages exposed to He-Ne laser radiation.

摘要: The formation of reactive oxygen and nitrogen species by rat peritoneal macrophages induced a low-intensity He-Ne laser radiation (LR) was studied in this work. It found that the species, nitric oxide, peroxynitrite as well changes activity superoxide dismutase (SOD) depended to large extent on LR dose. In particular, it activation SOD at low doses accompanied oxide level increase, while showed no significant changes. On other hand, an enhanced dose inhibited enzyme, accumulation.
