摘要: It was aimed to investigate anti-bacterial effects of two probiotics (Lactobacillus acidophilus and Saccharomyces cerevisiae) against MDR isolate S. Typhimurium in vitro vivo by using the mouse as an animal model infection. Accordingly, five groups mice were established. In group I, received probiotic for 7 successive days, challenged with on day 8, dissected days 14 21. Group II similarly treated, but continued days. III given a only; IV Typhimurium, while V controls. By filtrates at one-fold, two-fold three-fold concentration, it found that filtrate recorded highest inhibition zone both (S. cerevisiae L. acidophilus), which 25.0 ± 1.0 31.0 mm, respectively. Also, effective reducing colony forming units per plate (CFU/plate) liver spleen. liver, showed count 224.4 7.26 CFU/plate, significantly higher than any CFU cerevisiae. better results I mice, lowest observed 21, 21.6 627 27.8 0121 respectively The strongly suggest anti-Salmonella probiotics.
