摘要: Using a device for measuring the intensity of physical activity when person carries out their daily routines is an important support to monitor health, especially if this overweight or obese since it exists risk health demanding lot energy while performing activities. To confront problem, there are new generation devices activity, that can be used know levels and consequently, establish exercise programs were necessary lose weight maintain certain level training derived from medical prescription. This paper evaluates relationship between values motion sensor heart rate people. We propose use these two sensors determine correlation both so at given time, useful alternative measure activity. option makes easier people with conventional equipped accelerometer, many smartphones might avoid going expert keep track exercises.
