摘要: Optical resolution of a range racemic compounds was investigated using bis(aryl carbamate) derivatives chitin coated onto microporous organosilane-modified silica. The influence on chiral discrimination factors such as the carbamate/support weight ratio, nature polysaccharide, and aryl group substituents investigated. bis(3,5-dimethylphenyl derivative noncommerical gave best results. © 1996 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
