摘要: Spirulina platensis protein hydrolysates were prepared by digesting extracts with papain, and the separated into 30, 10, 3 kDa weights using membrane ultrafiltration. The 0–3 kDa low-molecular-weight peptides (LMWSPs) proved highest chemical antioxidant activity 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging ability, hydroxyl (·OH) activities total capacity. Cellular ability of LMWPs fractions against 2000 μg/mL H2O2 induced oxidative damage L02 cells investigated. MTT assay results displayed that LMWSPs at different concentrations (0–1000 μg/mL) had proliferation effect on treatment 1000 μg/mL (0–3 kDa) significantly prevented H2O2-induced compared control cells. Moreover, 2′,7′-dichlorofluorescein diacetate (DCFH-DA) fluorescent probe showed levels ROS NO lower in experimental group was treated for 24 h than group. Furthermore, corresponding kits, inhibited reduction SOD increase MDA contents Therefore, may have potential applications liver health products.
