摘要: We apply simple potential models used by nuclear physicists in the early thirties to describe shell structure of large alkali metal clusters up values angular momentum quantum number ι = 17. develop more sophisticated analytic using suitable perturbation operators order calculate not only correct magic numbers MN but also proper bunching subshells 1432 electrons. From calculated aufbau principle we derive a periodic table clusters.
