摘要: Objectives. To research the crystal structure and surface morphology of anodic films on titanium metal in different electrolytes under various electrochemical conditions investigate effect oxide apatite-forming ability simulated body fluid (SBF). Methods. Titanium were prepared using an oxidation method four electrolytes: sulfuric acid, acetic phosphoric acid sodium sulfate solutions with voltages for 1 min at room temperature. Results. Anodic that consisted rutile and/or anatase phases porous structures formed after anodizing H(2)SO(4) Na(2)SO(4) electrolytes, while amorphous titania produced CH(3)COOH H(3)PO(4) electrolytes. showed excellent a compact apatite layer covering all soaking SBF 7 d, but layers was not able to induce formation. Significance. The resultant could enhance bonding strength between living tissue implant. is believed be effective preparing bioactive as artificial bone substitute even load-bearing conditions.
