摘要: The development of human metastatic cancer is a multistep process, involving the acquisition several genetic mutations, tumour heterogeneity, and interactions with surrounding microenvironment. Due to complexity in mammals, simpler model organisms, such as vinegar fly, Drosophila melanogaster, are being utilized provide novel insights into molecular mechanisms involved. In this review, we highlight recent advances modelling tumorigenesis using model, focusing on cooperation oncogenes or suppressors, interaction mutant cells tissue epithelial initiation progression.
