摘要: Abstract The losses associated with changeovers are becoming more significant in manufacturing due to the high variance of products and requirements for just-in-time production. study is based on single minute exchange die (SMED) philosophy, which aims reduce changeover times. We introduced a method analysis these models that estimate product- operator-dependent times using survival analysis. root causes identified by significance tests utilized Cox regression models. resulting can be used design performance management system considers stochastic nature work operators. An anonymized example related setup crimping wire cutting machines demonstrates applicability method.
