Understanding and promoting AIDS-preventive behavior: Insights from the theory of reasoned action.

摘要: Psychological determinants of AIDS-preventive behaviors were examined from the perspective theory reasoned action in prospective studies gay men, heterosexual university students, and high school students. Across samples, preventive behaviors, intervals 1 2 months' duration. predicted by behavioral intentions; intentions a function attitudes norms; norms their theorized basic underpinnings. Discussion focuses on development AIDS-prevention interventions that modify intentions, attitudes, concerning performance targeting empirically identified underpinnings related to specific populations interest.
