摘要: The replication of herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1) is not inhibited in either HeLa or HEp-2 cells treated with human alpha interferon (HuIFN-alpha), particularly when high multiplicities infection are used. However, HuIFN-gamma partially inhibits HSV-1 translation infected at low multiplicities. Under these conditions, the transcription genes 22, TK, and gamma 0 greatly diminished. combined addition tumor necrosis factor (TNF) to exerts a synergistic inhibition translation. Cells both cytokines continue synthesizing cellular proteins, even 20 h after infection. As little as 10 U IFN-gamma per ml blocked DNA replication, provided that TNF was also present medium. Analyses gene suggest action step comes prior early expression. This by occurs attachment entry into cells, since internalization radioactive virion particles presence two cytokines. Therefore, we conclude plus affects but before immediate-early genes.
