摘要: Unlike B cells, T cells lack the capacity to improve affinity of their antigen receptors by somatic mutation. It is, therefore, believed that optimization cellular immunity is mediated almost exclusively through selective expansion bearing with highest for antigen. We show here cell responsiveness peptide (termed "functional avidity") increased>50-fold during early stages viral infection. This indicated like undergo extensive functional maturation in vivo. However, contrast response can occur without any appreciable change receptor affinity.
