摘要: Bacterial infectious diseases, sharing clinical characteristics such as chronic inflammation and tissue damage, pose a major threat to human health. The steady increase of multidrug-resistant bacteria infections adds up the current problems modern healthcare is facing. treatment bacterial with multi-resistant germs very difficult, development new antimicrobial drugs hardly catching antibiotic resistant pathogens. These other considerations have generated an increased interest in viable alternatives antibiotics. A promising strategy use nanomaterials antibacterial character nanostructures displaying anti-adhesive activity against biofilms. Glycan-modified nanodiamonds (NDs) revealed themselves be great promise useful for combating microbial infections. This review summarizes efforts synthesis glycan-modified ND particles evaluation their anti-biofilm activities.
