摘要: Biological membranes are composed of different components and there is no a priori reason to assume that all isotropic. It was previously shown the anisotropic properties membrane may explain stability tubular protrusions even without application external force. Our theoretical study focuses on role in structures generated or stabilized by actin filaments. We show growth cytoskeleton inside vesicle can induce partial lateral segregation components. The entropy mixing hinders total isotropic Self-assembled aggregates formed facilitate long protrusions. Protrusive force filaments favors strong diminishing opposing effect entropy.
