摘要: Abstract The Southwest Davis Zinc Field (SDZF) is among the westernmost MVT districts associated with Allegheny-Ouachita orogeny in midcontinent U.S. It consists of a series small zinc sulfide deposits and dolomitization covering an area ~ 16 km2 (6 mi2) adjacent to Arbuckle Anticline southern Oklahoma. Mineralization occurs within Royer Dolomite (Upper Cambrian) Butterly (Lower Ordovician) Group faults breccia bodies that parallel trend anticline. Mining activity SDZF was restricted early part 20th century. Ore mineralization chiefly sphalerite subordinate smithsonite minor galena, chalcopyrite, pyrite, as well supergene alterations these minerals. Homogenization temperatures (Th) fluid inclusions gangue dolomite cement range from 88° 101°C have salinities 6.5 20.9 wt.% NaCl equivalent. Rarer average Th value 105°C salinity 19.2 Gangue cements δ18O values −6.9 −9.1‰VPDB δ13C −0.2 −1.1‰VPDB. 87Sr/86Sr ratios for dolomites 0.7088 0.7105. likely occurred flow system which basement-influenced brines entered host formations through circulated brecciated zones. As ore hydrothermal waned, relative importance local carbonate section increased resulted precipitation late cements.
