摘要: AbstractGinsenosides are the main compounds with pharmacological activities in ginseng. Deglycosylated ginsenosides, which more pharmacologically active than glycosylated can be produced by specific or nonspecific hydrolysis of sugar moieties ginsenosides using glycosidases. The enzymes that hydrolyze specifically different types classified according to enzymatic activity on positions, inner and outer residues ginsenosides. Glycosylated also hydrolyzed deglycosylated hydrolytic pathways cell conversion fermentation. biochemical properties glycosidases involved ginsenoside – ginsenosidases were newly arranged reviewed accordance types. combination different-type is suggested herein as an efficient tool produce industrially important
