摘要: Abstract The electrical resistivity and the magneto-resistance in n-type germanium containing 2.5 × 1017 9 antimony atoms per cm3 have been measured temperature region from 0.54 to 4.2°K. These specimens show anomalous behaviour, that is a positive coefficient of negative effect.
