ABSTRACT In  propagation of  calvus  was carried out as an alternative for its conservation. The buds were disinfected with and without periodic addition of antibiotics. culture medium plus 2% sucrose phytagel 0.3%, was supplemented benzylaminopurine multiplication; while the rooting naphthaleneacetic acid or gibberellic used.  Treatments growth regulator added. For acclimation two natural substrates evaluated. highest percentage disinfection obtained 0.1%  for minutes adding rifampicin μg·mL-1) nystatin every three days per days. Benzylaminopurine increased survival introduced shooted plants; however number shoots plant did not show significant differences. Gibberellic acidhad a positive effect on induced callusing formation. best substrate acclimatization soil moss (1: 1). Key  words :  gibberellic acid, Asteraceae, benzylaminopurine,   culture.
