摘要: Modern societies are characterised by global connectedness and complexity. At the same time society, various infrastructures that connect define it, understood to be increasingly threatened unpredictable uncertain (or unknown) risks. With this, conceptualisation development of resilience has become a dominant, yet enigmatic preoccupation: dominant because it is seen as fundamental component devolved proactive approaches mitigating complex threats whatever their nature; its practical application diverse definitions.
