摘要: Neuronal communication plays an essential role in the propagation of information brain and requires a precisely orchestrated connectivity between neurons. Synaptic transmission is mechanism through which neurons communicate with each other. It strictly regulated process involves membrane depolarization, cellular exocytosis machinery, neurotransmitter release from synaptic vesicles into cleft, interaction ion channels, G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs), downstream effector molecules. The focus this review to explore GPCRs protein-signaling neurotransmission, highlight function GPCRs, are localized both presynaptic postsynaptic terminals, regulation intrasynaptic intersynaptic communication, discuss involvement astrocytic neuronal communication.
