摘要: Abstract Densification due to the extreme increase in population of urban and rural regions following rapid economic growth has occurred many areas world. The pollution load catchments affected by this increased density far exceeds self-purifying ability catchments. Land use changes such river basins have hydrological environment, as seen diminished water quality not only rivers but also groundwater springs, resulting a decline available resources. In particular, water, which different characteristics regions, must be considered, environmental impacts land human activities can create problems for society. Thus, adoption regulation system based on planning, balance between importance conservation impact industrial production, agricultural waste is an important issue. study, using catchment simulator model, we assessed effectiveness management practices that incorporated effects alterations use, were determined quantitatively from perspective solve improvement Tokyo (urban) Hokkaido (rural). results study are stakeholders with interest maintenance social capital advanced function development areas.
