摘要: Flow cytometry is an invaluable tool for studying lymphocyte biology. In transplantation, flow represents the most sensitive method demonstrating binding of HLA antibodies to cellular targets. Referred as cytometric crossmatch (FCXM), implementation this has revolutionized antibody assessments and facilitated increased allograft survival among highly sensitized recipients. Here we describe methods performing FCXM discuss its critical aspects, well presentation data interpretation results.
