摘要: A novel blend flat-sheet ultrafiltration (UF) membrane was prepared by immersion precipitation phase inversion using polyacrylonitrile (PAN) and polysulfone (PSF) as materials. The relationship between casting solution formula separation performance of UF membranes analyzed. Experimental results show that the different such polymer concentration, blending ratio, organic additives inorganic nanometer had a significant effect on membranes. With increase water flux porosity decreased obviously while rejection rate showed an upward trend. exhibited opposite trend when proportion PAN PSF increased. with 0.04% NaA zeolite 176.9 L/m2h, which nearly three times higher than original membrane. optimum formulation is follows: concentration 20%, to mass ratio 8:2, PEG additive content 0.5%, 0.04%. exhibits good pressure stability pollution resistance performance.
