An interactive whiteboard for immersive telecollaboration

摘要: In this paper, we present CollaBoard, a collaboration system that gives higher feeling of presence to the local auditory and persons on remote site. By overlaying life-sized video image atop shared artifacts common whiteboard by keeping whiteboard’s content editable at both sites, it creates involvement partners into collaborative teamwork. All deictic gestures user are shown in right context with thus preserve their meaning. The paper describes hardware setup, as well software implementation performed studies two identical interconnected systems.
