摘要: The smart grid emphasizes interaction between grid-load-generation, and the electric vehicle (EV) is a kind of favorable load with controllable ability. These EVs could participate in frequency regulation when suffering from imbalance supply demand. According to requirement power dispatching center, these inhibit charging postpone electricity demand other time. It also transmit electrical reversely. However, individually response each independent EV would cause excessive communication flows, create new impact grid. This paper based on cloud service, assembled every an area into cluster agent, proposed distributed cooperative control strategy harmonize their response. Firstly, center issues request leader node named pinning node. Then, such releases adjustment net work consisted agent nodes. Through calculation nodes, goal fair shedding reach. Case study shows that method organize multiple agents effectively system be regulated faster than original vehicle-to-grid participating.
