摘要: Background BK virus infection can lead to graft dysfunction and loss in kidney transplant recipients. Risk factors for BKV BKVN have been inadequately studied children. Here, we evaluate the incidence risk of allograft due pediatric population UNOS data set. Methods We conducted a retrospective cohort analysis database identified all recipients transplantation between 2000 2018. compared donor recipient characteristics, including cause ESRD, among patients who lost their or other causes, those with functioning allograft. Kaplan-Meier curve Cox regression were performed factors. Results A total 66 (0.47%) suffered failure from BKVN. Older age, male gender, HLA mismatch, rejection at 1 year significantly associated failure, In comparison higher 1st tacrolimus use discharge loss. Recipients received mycophenolate time reduced failure. Compared had shorter death censored survival [P = .001]. ESRD urologic causes Alport syndrome rate Conclusion Incidence was 10.2 per 10 000 patient-years this study. is early population, Male year, urological are
