摘要: To determine whether heterologous receptor tyrosine kinases interact with each other we have investigated the ability of insulin receptors to transphosphorylate and transactivate IGF-I receptors. Using partially purified show that hormone-stimulated induced a 40% increase in phosphorylation. Remarkably, this transphosphorylation by resulted 2.5-fold augmentation kinase activity for substrates. Our findings demonstrate transactivation can occur between We would like propose such phenomenon participates insulin-induced pleiotropic program mediating growth promoting effects hormone.
