摘要: In this paper, optical extinction ratio for various injection locking parameters (detuning and power) is characterized, showing that it varies with the parameters. Conditions where an of > 8.2 dB (SONET standards) possible are observed, together a flat frequency response greatly enhanced resonance frequency. CW light-current (LI) characteristics also investigated.
