摘要: Molten Si was allowed to solidify isothermally at initial bulk undercoolings ΔT from 5.7 157 K. It found that in addition the 〈211〉 twin dendrites two novel were found: 〈110〉 and 〈100〉 free dendrite. The dendrite has multiple planes, orientation of plane is {111}. These different exist undercoolings, dendritic transition temperatures for are ΔT=22 68 K, respectively. transitions edgewise continuous normal growth,
