摘要: Six immunological parameters, of which the most important are quantitative distribution free light chains, and kappa-lambda ratios both bound were investigated in serum patients affected with various neurological disorders compared to controls. Subacute sclerosing panencephalitis viral encephalitis, diseases characterized by hyperimmunisation against definite antigens, accompanied a considerable increase chains; subacute there is an kappa lambda whereas encephalitis chains restricted chains. There good correlation between ratio of, on one hand, and, other for controls panencephalitis; but multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis totally different from A general increase, we earlier reported 16 cases was not confirmed investigation additional 26 cases: decrease also noticed number cases.
