摘要: Botulinum A toxin injection into muscle is an important form of therapy for focal dystonias, including blepharospasm. The basis the effect botulinum paralysis by blocking neuromuscular transmission, as discussed elsewhere in this volume. block transmission produces functional denervation. Muscle denervation stimulates changes terminal motor axons and junctions, which can, some types denervation, be a repair process. This paper will discuss morphology nerve terminals junctions following two junction experimental animals, response human to toxin.
