摘要: The kinetics of the spreading electron diffraction contrast from extrinsic grain boundary dislocations (EGBDs) is studied in terms dissociation model. For time an equation similar to those given by Lojkowski-Grabski (W. Lojkowski and M.W. Grabski, Deformation Polycrystals: Mechanisms Microstructures, edited N. Hansen, A. Horswell, T. Leffers, H. Lilholt (RisO Nat. Lab., Roskilde, Denmark, 1981), p. 329.) Johannesson-Tholen (T. Johannesson Tholen, Metal Sci. J. 6, 189 (1972).) formulae obtained, but with a much less numeric coefficient which approximately equal calculated incorporation model (A.A. Nazarov, A.E. Romanov, R.Z. Valiev, Scripta Metall. Mater. 24, 1929 (1990).). A comparison experimental data shows that new describes better than common formulae.
