摘要: Acetylene containing poly(p-phenyleneacetylene) (PPA) - based light-emitting diodes (LEDs) are provided. The LEDs fabricated by coating a hole-injecting electrode, preferably an indium tin oxide (ITO) coated glass substrate, with PPA polymer, such as 2,5-dibutoxy or 2,5-dihexoxy derivative of PPA, dissolved in organic solvent. This is then followed evaporating layer material capable injecting electrons, Al Al/Ca, onto the polymer to form base electrode. composition annealed efficient EL diodes.
