摘要: Although for decades nearly all pharmaceuticals have been purified by crystallization, there a disproportionate number of problems associated with the operation and control these processes. This paper provides an overview recent advances in model-based model-free (direct design) approaches to crystallization pharmaceuticals, treating both antisolvent cooling crystallization. A combined technique which simultaneously controls addition rate profile is presented. population balance model cooling-antisolvent system developed moments used optimal strategies various objective functions. The simulation experimental results show advantages approach.
