摘要: In this chapter we show some practical applications of 180° field-of-view (full-sky) imaging polarimetry. The concept and structure full-sky imagers (Total Sky Imager, Whole All Imager) widely used in environmental optics are presented. Some algorithms dealing with photometric cloud detection, a hot topic meteorology, described. A brief summary the satellite-borne PARASOL/POLDER polarimeter is given. Two versions polarimetry Both use measured extra polarization information skylight. Their advantageous features (1) enhancement accuracy reliability (2) estimation relative cloud-base distance distribution sky (3) applicability solar forecasting, very special current topic.
