摘要: Hispanics are a fast-growing segment of the population in USA, and this is reflected number that become defendants criminal trial, plaintiffs civil suit, or involved other procedures may require neuropsychological assessment for forensic purposes. This chapter reviews current standards practice evaluation mostly Spanish-speaking individuals who come contact with law English-speaking North America. There general issues important cross-cultural psychology could impact way pertinent identified assessed, thus affect conclusion reached.
