摘要: Abstract Objective Liver cancer is the 4th leading cause of death worldwide, and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) accounts for largest proportion these deaths. Berberine a quaternary amine compound extracted from plants such as Coptidis Rhizoma (Huang Lian, 黄连) and Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex Bo, 黄柏) considered potential candidate treating HCC. This study used network pharmacology methods, reveal core mechanism action berberine in treatment HCC, clarify its medicinal value, locate anti-tumor berberine. Methods Structural information (PubChem CID: 2353) was obtained NCBI PubChem; ADME parameter were Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology (TCMSP) database; prediction targets collected symmap, stitch targetnet databases; HCC significant retrieved OncoDB.HCC Liverome; A PPI established at STRING, Prediction target therapy are by gene mapping; The target, pathway, biological process (BP), cellular component (CC), molecular function (MF) predicted topological analysis enrichment analysis; visualized "target pathway" diagram software Cytoscape. Results Through PubChem tcmsp databases, good drug- forming properties identified; 32 566 related oncodb.hcc liverome 10 mapping, with nodes 34 edges analysis, 6 topologically important targets, pathways 16 BP, cc 7 MF involved obtained. Conclusions anticancer effect mainly regulation cells hepatoma through complex interactions between TB52, MAPK1, CCND1, PTGS2, ESR1 that act on Hub their associated pathways. cycle to immune inflammatory response, including processes proliferation apoptosis liver cells.
