摘要: What’s known on the subject? and What does study add? So far, transcription factor Twist1 has been reported to regulate Y-box binding protein-1 (YB-1) expression play important roles in tumour growth, invasion drug resistance. This revealed that bladder cancer cells, regulated YB-1 both promote malignant potentials including anticancer-drug resistance. Although relation between Twist1/YB-1 signaling resistance have suggested, their remain unknown. functional importance cancer, indicating are promising molecular targets cancer. OBJECTIVE • To investigate of potential as therapeutic (BC), suggested resistance. MATERIALS AND METHODS • Bladder cell lines (TCCsup, UMUC3, T24 KK47 cells) were used. • Twist1 levels assessed by luciferase reporter assay, quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) western blot analysis. • Tumour growth cycle analysed proliferation assay flow cytometry, respectively. • Invasive motile abilities investigated scratch-wound test migration respectively. Cytotoxicity was performed determine sensitivity. RESULTS • The findings showed BC cells. • Both involved invasion, motility cisplatin doxorubicin, but not 5-fluorouracil (5-FU). CONCLUSION • The present regulates potentials, anti-cancer-drug resistance, novel BC.
