摘要: This paper reports on the key features of “Guide for Design and Construction Externally Bonded FRP Systems Strengthening Concrete Structures” issued by American Institute (ACI). Fiber reinforced polymers (FRP) systems have emerged as an alternative to traditional materials techniques strengthening existing concrete structures resist higher design loads, correct deterioration-related damage, or construction error, increase ductility. Structural elements strengthened with externally bonded include beams, slabs, columns, walls, joints/connections, chimneys smokestacks, vaults, domes, tunnels, silos, pipes, trusses. also been used strengthen masonry, timber, steel, cast-iron structures.
