摘要: Muscle regeneration is a tightly orchestrated process where activated satellite cells (myoblasts) respond to external stimuli in order proliferate, differentiate and fuse damaged myofibers. Simultaneously, the injured tissue undergoes an inflammatory response communication between leukocytes spectrum of differentiated undifferentiated muscle essential for proper healing. This mediated by cytokines, growth factors prostaglandins dissecting role these signaling molecules might be key positively manipulate future. review will focus on roles consider potential cost using non-steroidal drugs as popular treatment injury.
