摘要: Attempts were made to detect human parvovirus B19-DNA by in situ hybridisation and the polymerase chain reaction placental fetal tissues from a case of intrauterine death. In experiments radioactive non-radioactive (labelled with 2-acetyl-aminofluorene, AAF) DNA probes used. was detectable paraffin wax embedded tissue liver, heart, lung, brain thymus. The resolution AAF-labelled higher than radiolabelled DNA. Parvovirus B19 sequences also detected these an enzymatic vitro amplification technique--the reaction. Amplification sequence before detection increases rapidity sensitivity detection. rapid, specific, sensitive analysis normal diseased using techniques may contribute considerably determining role this virus as risk factor outcome pregnancy.
