摘要: Investigations of thermal properties CuxAs50Se50 − x chalcogenides were carried out using a differential scanning calorimeter. It was established that copper introduction significantly affects the complexity structural network. This indicated by double-stage crystallization process in compound Cu15As50Se35. Besides α relaxation, all glasses during heating show β relaxation. The network influences conductivity values and transport way higher DC AC for with highest Cu share. Impedance spectra two semicircles, indicating existence polarization processes different frequency ranges. presence kinetic as well diffusion samples = 10 15 at% strongly unusually high real part dielectric permittivity low- medium-frequency range.
