Association of somatic cell count with catalase enzyme activity in bovine bucket milk.

摘要: To investigate the relationship between somatic cell count (SCC) and catalase enzyme activity (CAT) of bovine raw milk samples from Samsun province, Turkey, bucket taken a total 25 smallholder farms each month were analyzed by SCC CAT throughout year. values determined direct microscopic method obtained observation scores. All data statistically evaluated using SPSS. While mean was relatively high for SCC, both reached to elevated thresholds especially in 4th 8th months. A significant correlation (r=0.623) suggests that may be useful determining quality.
