摘要: Quantification of radiation lung injuries. Purpose: The aim this paper is to find techniques for quantifying injury after irradiation with involvement improve an early diagnosis. Methods: case a patient NSCLC was used demonstrate different methods in order quantify developing pneumopathy treatment. By means HRCT studies the follow-up, procedure developed by defining test-ROI high-dose areas and evaluating corresponding HU-histogramm parameters peak. Changes during follow-up can be derived from differential HU-histogram determination parameter called ΔHU rel , which quantifies shift higher HU values. Alternatively, Fourier analysis pattern within results amplitude distribution, reacts sensitively changes follow-up. Furthermore, Fourier-frequency histogram independent spatial orientation density pattern. Results: From study, values 0.24, 0.44, 0.50 (56, 100 422 days beginning treatment). frequency-histogram presentations pronounced changes. Conclusion: presented possibilities injury. proven sensitivity possibly improved introduction breath triggered technique.
